ZN3. SCOTTISH MOTOR RACING CLUB CAR BADGE. This badge has a little bit of damage to the enamel at the bottom of the shield, but otherwise is in good condition. It measures 3 x 4 inches. Price £130

ZN6. SILVERSTONE CIRCUIT CAR BADGE. This is a souvenir badge, produced in Spain in the early 60's.It was done without the sanction of the BRDC ( I think ) as it is only a hand-painted pressed metal badge.It is , however in good condition and measures 3 1/4 inches in diameter. Price £45

ZN7. INDIANAPOLIS 500 CAR BADGE. Another souvenir badge made in Spain. This one is a little bit more worn, but still in reasonable condition. It measures 3 inches in diameter. Price £45

ZN4. ECURIE ECOSSE CAR BADGE. This is one of the original badges, not a reproduction, of the famous Scottish racing team. It is in good condition and measures 3 x 4 3/4 inches. Price £250

ZN5. BORDER MOTOR RACING CLUB CAR BADGE. This is the first one of these that I have ever seen. This is the club that Jim Clark was a member of and the badges are sought after. Some of the paint has faded, but otherwise it is in very good condition and is numbered 156 to the reverse. It measures 3 x 4 inches. Price £550

ZN8. CASABLANCA SPORTS CAR CLUB CAR BADGE. Was Bogart an member? I have not seen this one before, but it is a nice enamel badge with rear stud fixing. It measures 2 1/4 x 3 1/4 inches. Price £80

ZN9. SPORTS CAR CLUB OF BRITISH COLUMBIA CAR BADGE. This is unusual, in as much that the steering wheel and wheel spinner rotate. The enamel is a little worn in places, but it is generally in good condition. It measures 3 1/2inches in diameter and has a rear stud fixing. Price £90

ZN10. KARNTNER AUTOMOBIL U. TOURING CLUB CAR BADGE. I'm not sure where it is from, but it is in very good condition. It measures 3 inches in diameter. Price £50

ZN11. TOURING CLUB OF SWITZERLAND CAR BADGE. This 1960's badge is in good condition, but has a small hole drilled in the middle of the white cross. It measures 3 inches in diameter. Price £40

ZN12. LE MANS ST.CHRISTOPHER CAR BADGE. This is a late 50's badge in very good condition and currently mounted on a badge bar.It measures 3 x 3 3/4 inches. Price £160

ZN13. GOODWOOD ST. CHRISTOPHER CAR BADGE. Another one, on the same badge bar, also in good condition. It measures 3 x 3 3/4 inches. Price £160

ZN14. MILLE MIGLIA ST. CHRISTOPHER CAR BADGE. This is a rare version of this badge, in good condition. It measures 3 x 3 3/4 inches and is on the same bar. Price £225

ZN15. ENGLAND ST. CHRISTOPHER CAR BADGE. This is also on the badge bar and is in good condition. It measures 3 x 3 3/4 inches. Price £85 

ZN17. ROYAL IRISH AUTOMOBILE CLUB CAR BADGE. This has an unusual mounting bracket to the bottom, designed to fit on to a badge bar. The badge is in good condition and measures 3 x 4 inches. Price £120

ZN19. BRUCE McLAREN RACING TEAM LAPEL BADGE. This is an original badge in very good condition. It has a button hole fixing. Price £120

ZN20. BOAC 500 INTERNATIONAL LAPEL BADGE. This was a lapel issued to competitors in this race event at Brands Hatch in 1967.It has a rear pin fixing . Price £75

ZN21. WOLF RACING LAPEL BADGE. A rare badge from this team, in good condition and rear pin fixing. Price £50

ZN22. COOPER RACING CAR LAPEL BADGE. A late 50's/60's badge in enamel. This was just a souvenir badge at the time. Price £35

ZN23. BRITISH MOTOR RACING MARSHALLS CLUB LAPEL BADGE. A nice badge in good condition, with rear pin fixing. Price £35

ZN25. PRESCOTT BUGATTI OWNERS CLUB LAPEL BADGE. These were issued to members on an annual basis with subsequent year bars. This one has a 1964 bar. It has a rear pin fixing. Price £45

ZN26. BRITISH GRAND PRIX LAPEL BADGE. This one has year bars for 1974 and 1975 and a rear pin fixing. Price £45

ZN27. SILVERSTONE CIRCUIT LAPEL BADGE. This is a 60's lapel with rear pin fixing. Price £20

ZN30.    WALTER WOLF JACKET/BLAZER PATCH. An original blazer or jacket patch with woven gold braid. Unused, it measures 3 3/4 inches square. Price £35

SP14.    JAGUAR DRIVERS CLUB-XK REGISTER CAR BADGE. This is one I have never seen before. It is the normal JDC car badge, but with an additional enamel bar with XK REGISTER on it. It is numbered 1188 to the reverse and is in very good condition. Price £175

ZM1. INVICTA CAR CLUB FOUNDER MEMBER CAR BADGE. A very rare badge with the word "Founder" on an additional enamel bar on the front of the badge. It is in very good condition and has its original fixing screws as well. It measures 5x 2 3/4 inches. Price £400

ZM2. INVICTA CAR CLUB CAR BADGE. Another one, but of lesser quality and with the word "Invicta" at the base.It is painted and chrome plated.It measures 5 x 2 3/4 inches. Price £150

ZL1.    HARROW CAR CLUB CAR BADGE. A nice, gold painted, example of this rare pre-war badge. It is in very good condition and measures 3 1/2 x 3 1/4 inches. Price £245

ZM3. STEERING WHEEL CLUB CAR BADGE. This is a very nice example of this club badge and has the low number 35 stamped on the front. The enamel is complete and the club name and address is stamped to the rear.It measures 5 x 2 inches. Price £235

ZM6. BENTLEY DRIVERS CLUB CAR BADGE. A nice clean example of this club badge. The chrome and enamel badge measures 4 x 4 inches. Price £85

ZM7. ADAC STERNFAHRT 1954 CAR BADGE. This is one of the many badges produced in Germany to commemorate various events. This one is a rally to the International Hunting and Sport Fishing Exhibition in Dusseldorf that year. It has detailed enamelling and a pair of antlers across the badge. It measures 3 1/2 inches in diameter. Price £65

ZM8. ADAC ZIELFAHRT 1955 CAR BADGE. Another one, this time for the International Motor Show held in Frankfurt.It is made of chrome and enamel plated steel and measures 3 1/2 inches in diameter. Price £60

ZM9. ADAC RHEINPREIS 1954 OUTBOARD BOAT RACE CAR BADGE. An unusual enamelled badge for the competitors of the Rhein outboard motor boat races held that year. It is in good condition and measures 2 1/2 x 3 1/2 inches. Price £70

ZM10. AUTOMOBILE CLUB GENOVA CAR BADGE. A detailed badge that has been mounted on a chrome backplate. There is some enamel loss, but it is an unusual badge,possibly pre-war. It measures 3 1/2 x 2 1/2 inches. Price £50

ZM11. THE ROYAL SOCIETY OF ST. GEORGE CAR BADGE. A fine badge for this society, with heavy chrome and enamelling. It measures 4 1/4 x 3 1/2 inches. Price £65

ZM12. TOURING-CLUB DE BELGIQUE CAR BADGE. A very nicely enamelled , pressed metal badge. I assume that the 1895 date was the founding of the club. It measures 3 1/4 x 3 3/4 inches. Price £55

ZM13. STEIERM AUTOMOBIL U MOTORSPORTKLUB CAR BADGE. Another chrome and enamel badge for this club.It has an additional metal backing ,but the badge itself is in good condition,the enamel being intact. It measures 3 1/2 inches in diameter. Price£50

ZM14. BRABHAM VIVA GT SIDE BADGES.An unused pair of badges for this Vauxhall model that was "souped-up" by Jack Brabham Motors.Each measures 2 x 2 1/4 inches and the adhesive backing is still unused. The badges are made of anodised aluminium. Price £70 the pair.

ZM19. BROOKLANDS AERO CLUB MEMBERS LAPEL BADGE 1937.Number 255 with original cord. Price £145

ZM21. BROOKLANDS AUTOMOBILE RACING CLUB MEMBER AND GUEST BADGES 1939. It is rare to find these badges with the original box.In this case, one of the guest brooches is missing, but the others and the box each have the number 579 on them. Price £250

ZM35. BARC LAPEL BADGE. This is the post-war club members lapel badge, with rear button-hole fixing. Price £45

ZM36. BARC OFFICIAL LAPEL BADGE.An official's lapel for the years 73/75/77. It has a rear pin fixing. Price £50

ZM39. BRABHAM TIE PIN. An original pin in green enamel.This is the first one I have ever seen. Price £85

ZM51. LE MANS PILOTE DECAL. An original decal, only available to Le Mans pilotes. It is 3 1/2 inches in diameter. Price £20

ZL5.    GOODWOOD MEMBER AND GUEST BADGE 1958. This is a matching number pair of badges for 1958. They are in very good condition and have the matching number 1716 to the reverse. The cord is original. Price £195.

ZL7.    GOODWOOD MEMBERS BADGE 1961.This is numbered 558, with original cord and in very good condition. Price £100.

ZL8.    GOODWOOD MEMBERS BADGE 1963. This is numbered 160 C, with original cord and in very good condition. Price £100.

ZL9.    GULF RACING TEAM LAPEL BADGE. A fairly cheap type of badge, typical of the 60's. It is in good condition and has a rear pin fixing. Price £40

ZL10.    B.A.R.C. JUNIOR MEMBER LAPEL BADGE. Like the senior one, but with the word "Junior" across the bottom. It is in good condition and has a rear pin fixing. Price £50

ZL11.    SCUDERIA CENTRO SUD LAPEL BADGE. This is a nice example of this rare lapel badge from the Italian racing school/team. Their school cars were Maserati 250F and 300S models! It has a rear button-hole fixing. Price £120.

ZL12.    PORSCHE CLUB GB LAPEL BADGE. You don't see many of these. This one is in good condition and has a rear pin fixing. Price £65.

ZL13.    MASERATI LAPEL BADGE.An original 50/60's badge in good condition. It has a rear button-hole fixing. Price £60

ZL14.    FERRARI CLUB OF FRANCE LAPEL BADGE. A modern one, in very good condition and rear pin fixing. Price £25

ZL16.    NSU-PRINZ STICK PIN.This is from the late 50's,early 60's. An original pin. Price £30

ZK1. JAGUAR DRIVERS CLUB CAR BADGE. This is in very good condition and is one of the later versions issued. Price £60

ZK17.   LOTUS LAPEL BADGE. A factory issue in black.It has a rear pin fixing. Price £60

ZK18.   DENNY HULME LAPEL BADGE. These were made, after Denny's death, to commemorate his racing success. It has a rear pin fixing. Price £50

ZK19.    AUSTIN STICK PIN.This is probably for the American market in the 50s. Price £30

ZK20.     CHARLOTTE MOTOR SPEEDWAY ANNIVERSARY PIN. This was issued to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the Speedway. It has a rear pin fixing. Price £25

ZK37.    GOODWOOD FESTIVAL OF SPEED 1999 PARTICIPANTS BADGE. These are the same, but for the hill-climb at Goodwood House in June/July. Price £40

ZJ12.    ALL AMERICAN RACERS LAPEL BADGE. This is an original pin for the famous Eagle team, known as the All American Racers. This is a small chrome and enamel badge with a rear pin fixing. Price £70

ZJ13.    HAGLEY AND DISTRICT LIGHT CAR CLUB LAPEL BADGE. That is exactly what it is. Possibly pre-war,with a rear long pin fixing. Price £45

ZJ17.     GUNNAR NILSSON APPEAL FUND LAPEL BADGE. One of the charity funds set up for the driver who died in hospital in 1978 . It has a rear pin fixing. Price £20

ZJ18.    JPS BRITISH GRAND PRIX 1984 JACKET PATCHES. A pair of unused patches for this event. They are 4 inches in diameter. Price for the pair £20

ZI1. BRITISH AUTOMOBILE RACING CLUB CAR BADGE. This is the radiator mounting type of badge and is in very good condition. It is numbered GL4067 to the reverse. Price £110

ZI2. GOODWOOD CIRCUIT CAR BADGE. This a late 50's badge, made by Gaunt. It has a Cooper Bobtail in the centre and a map of the circuit superimposed on it. The enamel is in good condition, but the chrome is a little pitted in places. It is designed for badge-bar mounting. Price £300

ZI4. BRANDS HATCH RACING CIRCUIT CAR BADGE. This radiator mount badge is made by Renamel sometime in the 60's. It shows the circuit, with the names of all the bends. It is in very good condition. Price £65

ZI6. FERRARI OWNERS CLUB CAR BADGE. Another rare badge in mint condition. They are drying up fast, now that Ferrari are controlling the use of the Prancing Horse. Price £250

ZI10. SCHOLAR CAM COVER BADGE. Another 60's badge made of bakelite and measuring 3 1/2 x 1 inches. Price £45

ZI12. BARTON CAM COVER BADGE. They were tunes of Hillman Imps in the 60's. It is made of aluminium and measures 5 x 1 1/8 inches. Price £45

ZI13. NELSON ENGINE SERVICES CAM COVER BADGE. Another well known name in racing engines. It is made of aluminium, and measures 4 7/8 x 1 1/4 inches. Price £45

ZI18. BARC GOODWOOD GUEST BROOCH 1958. This is numbered 280 and is in very good condition. Price £70

ZI21. ERA LAPEL BADGE. This was produced some time in the 60's, but nevertheless is hard to find. It has a rear button-hole fixing. Price £60

ZI23. L'ACTION AUTOMOBILE ET TOURISTIQUE LAPEL BADGE. This is a lapel from the French sports magazine, popular in the 50's. It has a pin fixing to the rear and is in very good condition. Price £40

ZH3. GOODWOOD ST. CHRISTOPHER CAR BADGE. This is a mint example of this badge. The enamel and chrome are in new condition. It was made in the late 50's and
depicts a Jaguar D-Type on the track. Price £160

ZH5. SILVERSTONE ST. CHRISTOPHER CAR BADGE. Another mint badge from this series. Featuring a single-seater on the circuit. Again this was produced in
the late 50s. Price £125

ZH16. BROOKLANDS LAPEL BADGE. This is a miniature version of the members car badge. It was produced in the early 80's and is in mint condition. It has a rear pin fixing with safety catch. Price £40.

ZH17. BROOKLANDS SOCIETY LAPEL BADGE. This is a fairly modern lapel badge for the Society, with rear pin fixing. Price £30

ZH18. BMW LAPEL BADGE. A 60's chrome and enamel badge in good condition and with rear pin fixing. Price £25

ZH22. NORIS-RING-RENNEN 1968 PRESS PASS. This pass was issued to "Jenks" for this event. It has a safety-pin fixing. Price £40

ZH23. PRESCOTT HILL CLIMB MEMBERS PASS 1963. This is a card pass with original cord for the 2nd June event of that year. Price £25

ZH24. INDIANAPOLIS 500 1977 PIT PASS. This is the metal pass attached to the original card. The badge number is 5829 and it has a rear pin fixing with safety catch. Price £55

ZH26. FORD OVERALLS PATCH. An unused patch from the 60's,4 inches long. Price £25

ZH27. LOTUS OVERALLS PATCH. An unused patch, 3 inches diameter. Price £30

ZH28. COOPER OVERALLS PATCH. An unused patch, 3 inches in diameter. This is probably from the early to mid 50's. Price £40

ZH29. PROST MARLBORO OVERALLS PATCH. This is an unused patch for Alain Prost's overalls/jacket. It measures 3 3/4 inches square. Price £40

ZH38.& 39. GOLD LEAF TEAM LOTUS DECAL. This is an original windscreen decal for the team. It measures 4 3/4 x 2 3/8 inches and is unused. Price £20 each.

ZG2. SHARK ANGLING CLUB OF GREAT BRITAIN CAR BADGE. Although this is nothing to do with motor racing, it is a rare badge, particularly with the "member" wording.It measures 3 1/4 inches in diameter and is designed for radiator mounting.Price £120

ZG3. SHARK ANGLING CLUB OF GREAT BRITAIN CAR BADGE. This must be the earliest version of this badge and it has very fine enamelling.The badge was made by a company in Plymouth,R.B.Wigfull & Son,but the chrome is showing signs of wear. The tongue is meant to be bent backwards. It measures 3 x 3 3/4 inches. Price £160

ZG14. LANCIA LAPEL BADGE. This badge was made in the 60's and is in good condition.It has a button-hole fixing. Price £35

ZF2.   BRITISH AUTOMOBILE RACING CLUB CAR BADGE. A good example of this club badge, with the number K3546 stamped on the front. The enamel is in good, unmarked condition. Price £110

ZG22. RACING CAR SHOW 1964 LAPEL BADGE. I'm pretty sure that this was a badge used by participants at the show that year. It was made by Collett Badges,is quite long at 2 inches and has a button-hole fixing. Price £35

ZG23. BRANDS HATCH CIRCUIT LAPEL BADGE. I don't know when or why this was produced but it is a design I have seen before. It has a pin fixing to the rear. Price £40

ZG25. RAC LAPEL BADGE. This was produced in the 50's and has a button-hole fixing. It is in very good condition. Price £30

ZG28. LOTUS LAPEL PIN. An original pin with sprung-loaded clasp to the rear.Price £65

ZG31. VW CHARM BRACELET CHARM. A solid silver VW beetle charm for a charm bracelet. Price £50

ZF94. OULTON PARK MOTOR RACING CIRCUIT 1967 MEMBER'S BADGE. An unusual annual lapel badge for the circuit, complete with original cord and numbered 273 to the reverse. Price £50

ZG36. BERCHTESGADEN DASHBOARD PLAQUE. This is an unusual souvenir plaque from the infamous location of Hitler's hide-away. It is made of enamelled white metal and there is a small amount of enamel loss on the left-hand screw hole.The manufacturer's name, C.Poellath of Schroeenhausen, stamped on the reverse.Ideal for your pre-war Mercedes. It measures 3 1/4 inches in diameter. Price £200

ZE22.    GRAHAM HILL STEERING WHEEL CLUB MEMBERSHIP CARD.This is his membership card for 1969 and although not signed by him, it has his name written inside.The Steering Wheel Club was the London meeting place for all of the Formula 1 drivers in the '60's.Provenence is available. Price £200

ZE25.   GRAHAM HILL 1963 SEBRING DRIVER LAPEL BADGE.This is the badge issued to competitors in the 1963 Sebring Grand Prix of Endurance sports car race.He partnered Pedro Rodriguez in a NART Ferrari 330 LMB.They finished in third place. There is also a complimentary ticket for the event included. Price £245

ZC12. MERCEDES BENZ CUP 1977. A competitors badge for this event which was held at the Salzburgring.It is mounted on a metal backplate and measures 3 1/2 x 2 1/2 inches overall. The badge itself is made of bronze. Price £50

ZC17. PORSCHE 968 CS. A lapel pin , produced for the launch of this model.It has rear pin fixing. Price £30

ZC18. PORSCHE CARRERA RS. A lapel pin for this model, produced for the factory. It has rear pin fixing. Price £30

ZC31. WATKINS GLEN MEDALLION. An unusual medallion, made of pewter, with the wording "Watkins Glen,NY,Home or the Grand Prix". It was probably made in the 70s as a souvenir. It measures 1 3/4 inches in diameter. Price £45

ZC32. SILVERSTONE LAPEL BADGE. A rather large badge for this cicuit, showing a 50s single-seater on the track. It is in good condition and has a pin fixing to the rear.Price £45

ZB4. BUGATTI OWNERS CLUB PRESCOTT BADGE. A lapel badge issued by the BOC for the hill climb venue run by the club. Price £70

ZB5. S.C.H.DAVIS INSTITUTE OF ADVANCED MOTORISTS CAR BADGE.This is the badge issued to one of the famous Bentley Boys,winner of the 1927 Le Mans. The enamel is intact and the overall condition is good. His name is engraved on the rear of the badge.This has come with good provenence.Price £800

ZA6.    ADAC 1000 KM RENNEN 1953. A rare pit crew lapel badge for this sports car race, held, I think at the 'Ring. It is made of a painted metal and has a safety-pin fixing to the rear. Price £65

Z9.    MINI COOPER CLUB. An unusual club badge for this marque, probably produced in the late 60's. It is the radiator mounting type and has the fixing screw attached. Price £55

Y2.    ROYAL AERO CLUB. This pre-war badge is in good condition, with only a small chip to the enamel flag. It is numbered 413 to the reverse, but has no manufacturer's name. Price £225

X28.   AUSTRALIAN RACING DRIVERS CLUB 1971 / 72. A members lapel badge for this season. It is numbered 1353 to the rear. This is the Australian version of the BRDC. Price £65

X29.   AUSTRALIAN RACING DRIVERS CLUB 1972 / 73. A members lapel badge, numbered 446 to the rear. Price £65

X30.   AUSTRALIAN RACING DRIVERS CLUB 1973 / 74. A members lapel badge, numbered 415 to the rear. Price £65

X31.   AUSTRALIAN RACING DRIVERS CLUB 1975 / 76. A members lapel badge, numbered 644 to the rear. Price £50

W10.    RAC JUBILEE 1947. A lapel badge produced by the RAC to commemorate their 50th anniversary. It has a rear button hole fixing. Price £35

S6.    CIAPGP BADGE. This is the club badge for the former Grand Prix drivers, which still meets at various GPs around the world. It is enamelled brass and measures 3 inches in diameter. Price £200

S9.    GRENZLANDRING 1951. A participants plaque for this international event organised by the DMV. It is nicely enamelled , with circuit , roads and international flags. It measures 3 1/2 x 2 3/4 inches. Price £200.

H6.    A COLLECTION OF 37 DASHBOARD PLAQUES. This collection includes badges from various Alpine regions of Europe, Italy, Austria , Germany and Switzerland. They were collected by drivers, mostly pre-war ,on their travels through the famous Alpine passes and winery regions of Europe. SP15.     TOUR DE FRANCE AUTOMOBILE 1964 CLASS WINNERS MEDAL. This bronze medal was presented to Robert Buchet, who came third overall and first in class , driving a Porsche 904. The double-sided medal is engraved with the words " Robert Buchet, Vainqueur, X111 Tour de France Automobile". It measures 2 3/8 inches in diameter. Price £525

SP16.    LE MANS 24 HOURS 1968 DRIVERS MEDAL. This is another medal from Robert Buchet, who was racing a Porsche 907. He retired after 6 hours with starter motor problems. The bronze medal was issued to all competitors and is engraved "Pilote, 24 Heures du Mans 1968. It measures 2 3/8 inches in diameter. Price £525

ZM56. BAHAMAS SPEED WEEKS TROPHY--BRUCE MclAREN. This trophy was won by Bruce McLaren at the Bahamas Speed Week in November 1964 in a Beach Formula Vee. The race was for Vee and VW GT cars. Peter Revson was second! The silver-plate trophy is inscribed "Bahamas Speed Week, Grand Prix of Volkswagens". It measures 7 inches high x 5 inches wide. Price £600

ZM57. GUARDS INTERNATIONAL TROPHY RACE 1964 WINNERS CIGARETTE BOX. Another Bruce McLaren prize in the form of a solid silver cigarette box inscribed"Presented To The Winner Of The Guards International Trophy Race, Brands Hatch 3rd August 1964". He won it in the Zerex Special. The box measures 4 1/2 x 6 1/2 x 1 1/2 inches. The programme for the event is included. Price £1,000

ZL29.    JIM CLARK WINNERS SASH-DUTCH GRAND PRIX 1967. This is a very significant piece of motor racing history, in as much that this was the first race of the Lotus 49 and the first race for the Cosworth DFV. Both winning in the hands of Jim Clark. The sash is fitted in a hand made aluminium case.A slice of history. Price £6,500

ZJ8.    MANNIN MOAR RACE 1935. This an award of some type,but it doesn't actually say what for. The inscription reads "International Mannin Moar Race Douglas 1935" . It is probably a class award. The silver plaques are mounted on a wooden stand which measures 5 1/2 x 5 1/2 inches. Price £350

ZG39. EXETER & DISTRICT M.C.C. OPEN HILL CLIMB MEDAL 1911.This award was presented to C.Roper for the fastest time in the Touring class at the event on July 29th.The 1 1/2 inch diameter, white metal, medal is in its original presentation case.Price £85

ZG42. RAC TORQUAY RALLY 1936 AWARD. An award in the form of a 1 pint pewter tankard with the RAC Rally badge applied to the front. It also has a glass bottom.Price £65ZF100. TROPHY PLAQUE, 1955. A small trophy shield-shaped plaque, this time engraved E.BRANDON, S.LEWIS-EVANS, R.K.TYRELL. Price £45

ZE4.   BRUCE McLAREN-LONDON TO BRIGHTON RUN 1963 FINISHER'S MEDAL. A lot of racing drivers have taken part in this annual run of Veteran cars, held in November every year. I don't know what he was driving, but his medal,presented by the RAC, is for "punctual arrival in Brighton". It measures 1 1/2 inches in diameter and is in its original cardboard box. A letter of provenance will be provided to the purchaser. Price £120

ZB17. WEYBRIDGE MOTOR SPORTS CLUB MEDAL. This is a beautifully made presentation medal for the Captain Vickers Trial of 1947. The recipient's name, T. Bellm engraved on the reverse.Price £65

ZB18. MACAU GRAND PREMIO 1978. A presentation coin given to participants in this annual race event.It also celebrates the 25th anniversary. It takes the form of a silver 100 Patacas coin in a plastic case. Price £65

ZA5.    INTERNATIONAL MANNIN MOAR RACE 1935. This is a finishers award for the race held at Douglas on the Isle of Man. The badge and plaque are mounted on a wooden stand, measuring 14 x 14 cm. Price £325

Z34.    ADAC 1000 KMS RACE WINNERS SASH 1978. This sash was presented to the winning Porsche 935, attached to the winners laurel wreath. The car was driven by Klaus Ludwig and others. Price £275

S22.    BARC TROPHY. A nice cup presented to D. Waring ( see no. 21 ) for first place in the 1963 West Midlands Sprint. It has the BARC West Midlands enamel badge on the front and is mounted on a bakelite plinth. It measures 5 1/4 x 4 1/4 inches. Price £120

R33.    LORD MAYOR'S SHOW 1963.A medal presented to participants in "The History of British Motoring Cavalcade" at the Lord Mayor's show in '64. It is made of enamel and white metal and is complete with the original presentation box. Price £60

Q26.     MARTINI INTERNATIONAL TROPHY RACE, SILVERSTONE 1967. A  medal awarded to the Ford GT40 that finished second in this Martini sponsored race. It comes with a presentation case from the manufacturer, Garrard & Co and is made of plated bronze. It measures 3 inches in diameter and is inscribed " 10th Martini International Trophy Race, Silverstone 1967, 2nd Place. The other side has the Martini International Club logo on it. Price £365.

P44.    LA CARRERA PANAMERICANA 1995. Another finishers award, this time for the 1995 event, with the inscription " Tuxtla Gutierrez-Nuevo Laredo, 4to Lugar, Absoluto, Mexico 2 de Noviembre de 1995". It measures 9 x 7 inches and is made of etched aluminium on wood. Price £60.

O6.    BRITISH AUTOMOBILE RACING CLUB TROPHY. A very nice pewter trophy, presented to R. Rose, for third place in the Mallory Park sports car race on 17th August in 1963. He was driving a Lotus Elite in this event. The trophy is mounted on a stand and the overall dimensions are 4 1/2 x 3 1/2 inches. Price £200

O7.    KANONLOPPET RACE MEETING 1954. A finisher's award (3rd place) for this famous Swedish event, organised by the Karlskoga Motorklubb at the Karlskoga Motorstadion on October 10th 1954. The bronze plaque, measures 1 1/8 x 2 inches and is stamped by the manufacturer, Lagerstroems to the reverse. Price £125

N8.     KENT & SUSSEX LIGHT CAR CLUB. A very nice boxed award from this club, made of enamelled bronze. The rear is engraved " Racing Cars, 2000 c.c., Second, T.V.G. Selby, 13-7-29". He may have been driving a Bugatti in this event. Price £120

L16.   SEBRING 3 HOUR GRAND PRIX OF ENDURANCE TROPHY 1963. A pewter trophy/ vase for this event , awarded to C. Stockhard, inscribed " Sebring 3 Hour Grand Prix of Endurance, 3rd. GT, Group 1.". The vase has a small dent in the front that can be repaired. It measures 6 1/4 x 3 inches. Price £400

J28.   MOTOR GYMKHANA 1955. A silver plated tankard, inscribed "Motor Gymkhana 1955, Singapore Police, Winning Team." (no argument there!) . It measures 4 x 4 1/2 inches. Price £50

H32.   AVON MOTOR TOUR OF BRITAIN 1974. An award for the winners of class A1 in the form of a statuette, made out of resin , mounted on a turned wooden base. There is a mark on the base, but it is not clear as to who the artist is. The winner of this trophy was Tony Lanfranchi , driving, I think an Opel Commodore. The figure, seated on some tyres, is wearing race overalls, with driving gloves and an open face helmet, that has a bit of the peak missing. A very unusual trophy, measuring 8 x 5 1/2 inches. Price £400

G54.   HALF- LITRE CAR CLUB. A very unusual trophy in the shape of a tankard, but made out of wood. I can only assume it was given just after the war, when the 500s started and there was a shortage of materials. The Club logo is on both sides and at some time it has been autographed, but it is now hard to pick any names out, It measures 4 1/2 x 4 inches. Price £60

C38.    JIM CLARK- Winners' sash. This is the sash taken from the laurel wreath that was presented to Jim Clark on his winning the Dutch Grand Prix at Zandvoort in 1967. Price, £ discuss.

N39.    TOKYO MOTOR SHOW 1961. An official, original, poster for this event at the Harumi Fair Ground. It measures 28 1/2 x 40 inches and has some tears and fold marks that will improve with mounting. Price £275

N40.    MONT-VENTOUX HILL CLIMB 1962. A rare poster for this event in the European Hill Climb Championship. It measures 15 1/4 x 21 1/4 inches and has some minor tears around one edge. Price £300

H31.   MICHAEL TURNER ORIGINAL ARTWORK. This is the original artwork for the 1967 BOAC World Championship Sports Car Race, held at Brands Hatch, the original poster being included in this offer. The car depicted is a sort of Lola/Aston, with a Ford GT40 following behind. This was obviously painted by Michael in period and it is very hard to find any of his earlier work today. The painting is mounted and framed, the poster is also framed and glazed. Both are in excellent condition. The medium is acrylic on board ( I think )and the painting measures 19 x 12 inches with an overall size of 28 x 22 inches. The poster measures 20 x 30 inches. The price reflects the importance of one of our best motor sport artists, the painting and poster as a pair are £2,750. (Shipping is not included in the price.)

H28.   MONTE-CARLO. This poster was produced in 1988, but is not an official event poster, just a very colourful piece of art-work. It is linen backed and is in good condition. It measures 25 1/2 x 39 inches. Price £275

ZN1. RED LABEL BENTLEY RADIATOR BY RUDDSPEED. This is a sought after addition to the Bentley owners accessory collection. This Ruddspeed decanter was one of a series produced in the 1960s. There were also Rolls Royce, Jaguar SS and Mercedes versions. It stands 8 inches high and is made of chrome plated brass, with a glass insert. The Bentley version is the hardest to find and this is the first one I have seen for several years. Price £525

ZJ4.    DONINGTON INTERNATIONAL GRAND PRIX 1938 PROGRAMME.This was the last pre-war Grand Prix to be held in the UK.The date was altered to October 22nd and the original date of October 1st. has been blacked out on the cover. The 40 page programme is in good condition.Price £45

ZJ5.    GERMAN GRAND PRIX 1957 ARM BAND. This silk arm band was for an official at the event.  The words "Grosser Preis Von Deutschland 1957"  can be seen in reverse on the back of it. Price £40

ZJ9.    NISSAN LE MANS 24 HOUR CLOCK. This is an unusual way to tell the time.The plastic case houses an electric battery powered movement that works on a 24 hour cycle. It has the logos for Nissan and Clarion on the face and it is in good working condition. It was possibly from 1989/90. It measures 11 1/2 x 5 1/2 inches. Price £75

ZI25. BRITISH LEYLAND SPECIAL TUNING TIE. This was issued by the factory to workers in the Special Tuning Department and this one is un-worn. It is made by Ernex in Terylene. Price £45

ZJ15.    RICCARDO PATRESE BRABHAM RACE SUIT. This is an original race-worn suit from Riccardo Patrese, when he drove for Brabham in 1982. There is no name on them, but they came with a Brabham and there is no doubt as to their authenticity. Price £1,650

ZJ16.    BRABHAM BT49D TITANIUM BULKHEAD. This is from the F1 Brabham that was raced by Patrese in the 1982 Canadian Grand Prix. This was the only time this car was raced,finishing in second place. There is a small crack on one side of the bulkhead and presumably that is why it is no longer part of the car. It measures 24 x 23 inches and would make a nice picture frame. Price £300

ZI29. TISSOT STEERING WHEEL CLOCK. The ideal thing for the office, a 12 inch diameter plastic steering wheel, with a Tissot electric clock in the centre. It is in good working condition. Price £200 (batteries not included)

ZI30. SCHUCO PORSCHE 911 TARGA. This is a nice period item in good condition. I don't know why it has a Ferrari badge on the nose, but that may have been added by the owner. The overall length is 9 inches, the doors and steering work and the body is plastic. Price £90

ZI73. CIRCUIT DE DIEPPE 1933.A very nice pair of enamelled dashboard plaques from the 1933 meeting. They both have a small amount of enamel loss, but otherwise look very good. They measure 2 inches across the lugs. Price £225 (pair)

ZI74. SPA COURSE DE COTE DE MALCHAMPS 1912 ASHTRAY/BOWL. A glass and silver ashtray that was a trophy for the first place in the 4th class of this event which was held on September 23rd. 1912. It was presented by Mr. Julien Hartog.. The bridge carrying the matches is a later edition, but it will make a nice addition to the bar. It measure 7 1/2 inches in diameter. Price £400

ZH30. BRUCE McLAREN BOOK OF MATCHES. An original, unused book, of promotional matches. It has the team address on one side and a photo of the 5-litre McLaren-Elva-Oldsmobile, driven by Bruce. Price £20

ZH32. BMC SPECIAL TUNING ABINGDON DECAL. An original window decal for the tuning department. Price £10

ZH33. FERRARI ASHTRAY. This small ashtray comes from the restaurant opposite the factory. They must have hundreds stolen, but this one wasn't. It is porcelain and measures 2 3/4 inches in diameter. Price £35

ZH34. BLUEBIRD CAFE LONDON ASHTRAY. This was a souvenir of the Team Tyrrell's visit to the restaurant one year , when they held their new season launch there. I am told that at least 15 ashtrays went missing that day. It looks like cast pewter, but I'm not sure. It measures 4 1/2 inches in diameter. Price £35

ZH40. BRUCE McLAREN TERETONGA INTERNATIONAL WINNER'S SASH 1962. The painted silk is 72 inches long and has gold thread tassels at each end. This was the event where Bruce beat S.Moss, both driving Coopers. Price £750

ZG43. PADDY HOPKIRK WINDSCREEN ANTENNA/SUN STRIP. A very rare Mini accessory from the 60's.It has a full width sun strip with a buit-in antenna that connected to the radio.Price £80

ZF10.    BEAR CAR MASCOT. I do not usually get involved with car mascots, but this bear is a nice example of an original pre-war plated mascot . The nickel plating is badly worn, but it does not detract from the charm of the bear. It is mounted on a nickel plated radiator cap and measures 4 inches high. Price £425

ZE17.    ECURIE ECOSSE LEATHER FOLDER.This is another unusual and rare promotional item, commemorating the win of Ivor Bueb in the 1957 Le Mans in a D-Type. The inside is embossed with a painting of the car and the team "Ecurie Ecosse". It is in good condition and measures 12 x 12 inches folded out. Price £425

ZD20. BELGIAN GRAND PRIX 1955 ENTRY LIST. This is only a double-sided sheet of paper, but it reads like a who's-who of motor racing at that time, with names such as Fangio, Moss, Kling, Behra, Musso, Ascari, Castellotti etc. The reverse gives ticket office locations and ticket prices. Price £30 

ZD21. INDIANAPOLIS RACE CAR BRONZE DESK-PIECE.This is a nice paper weight for the office, being a scale model of an Indy front-engined car of the early 60's. It was manufactured by Racing Art Studios and measures 4 x 7 1/2 inches.It has the Indianapolis Speedway logo to the front. Price £100

ZD39. FERRARI WALL PLAQUE. A nice wooden wall plaque for this famous marque, ideal for the office of an enthusiast.The gilt horse is made of metal and the plaque has a screw hole mounting point at the rear.It measures 6 x 7 inches. Price £60 

ZD41. LOTUS CUP/SAUCER AND PLATE. A china set,produced by Swinnertons, with a Lotus single-seater transfer on each piece.The car looks like a Lotus 16.They are all in good condition, but the glazing on the plate is starting to craze. Price £65

ZD42.MASERATI PLATE . Another Swinnerton item, showing a Maserati 250F? on the front at Monaco. The plate is in good condition and measures 7 inches in diameter. Price £25

ZC33. SILK HEADSCARF. A very nice, small sized scarf made in the early 60's. It features a Ferrari, a Cooper and two other racing cars of the period. It measures 24 inches square. Price £225

ZC37. BUGATTI WALL SIGN. An enamel sign, wood mounted for this marque. It is in very good condition and measures 9 1/2 x 6 1/2 inches.Price £65

ZC38. A.E. MOSS ( SIR STIRLING MOSS'S FATHER ).An unusual name badge for the Indiana State Dental Association from May 1924, when I assume he made a visit to them ( and possibly Indianapolis? ). It has a rear pin fixing. Price £50

ZC39. A.E. MOSS MEDAL. Another family Moss item in the form of a silver medal awarded to him for his winning the W.C.A.C. 100 yds. championship in 1913! Price £45

ZB9. JAGUAR HEADSCARF BY DEXTER BROWN. I have never seen a scarf design by Dexter Brown, but this one has his name on it as well as several Jaguar models. The Jaguar Drivers Club logo is in the centre and the silk scarf is 31 inches square. Price £100

ZB10. WILLIAMS GRAND PRIX BREAKFAST BOWL. This framed and glazed dish has the team logo on it and I assume it is for quick breakfasts or fast food! It measures 6 inches in diameter and the case is 9 x 11 1/2 x 2 inches. Price £75

ZB12. HENRY FORD FIRST DAY COVER 1968. I don't normally get involved in this type of thing, but I happen to have a number of these from Jim's Garage in Downtown Detroit. The Garage is actually a restaurant with a garage theme. This cover may have been done for the opening of the garage. Price £35 ( including postage!)

ZB22. INDIANAPOLIS RACEWAY POSTCARDS. A set of four postcards published by the track and showing Jim Clark, Graham Hill ,the circuit and the museum. Price £40

ZB23. MONOPLANE LAPEL BROOCH. I don't know what the aircraft is , but it has the letters SC17 on one wing and it has what looks like a radial engine.The rear clasp fixing has a safety catch and it is made of a plated metal. Price £45

ZB24. LES LESTON TIE CLIP.An unusual Leston product from the 60's. It is made of brass and has the double "L" logo on it. Price £100

ZB25. DOG HOUSE CLUB PLATE. This is one of the newer ones , produced by the Club in the early 90's.It has many of the World Champions' autographs on it and the reverse has a list of the names taped to it.They produced 1000 of them and this is No. 178.It measures 9 inches across the corners. Price £65

ZB27. ROAD SAFETY EGG-CUP SET. A set of six egg-cups with road sign motifs on the sides. This is taking collecting a bit far, but they look good on the breakfast table. Price £65

ZB36. BRUCE McLAREN / 1967 LE MANS WRISTWATCH. This watch has come directly from Bruce's widow,Patty. The back is engraved with the words 24 Heures du Mans 1967. The watch itself is a Marvin of Switzerland gold gents model, that is not working at the moment.It is thought to have been a gift to Bruce by either the ACO or Ford. Price £3,000

ZA21.    BRM P57 MODEL. A nice example of this scale model of the famous "stack-pipe" Hill car. I'm not sure of the scale, but I think it is 1/32nd. It is a metal model,but has no manufacturers' name. It measures 15cm overall.Price £120
